Here is a notice of our holiday customer service and shipping hours. We are open and shipping orders from our warehouse until the end of business on Tuesday December 23rd. We will be closed for the Christmas holiday Wednesday December 24th until Monday December 29th,  where we will process and ship any orders placed over the Christmas holiday weekend. On Tuesday and Wednesday December 30th and 31st, we will be closed for year end inventory, and of coarse January 1st for the New Year.

As you scurry about your busy day, wondering what to buy for those special parents or parents-to-be in your life. Maybe they will be visiting for the holidays and you want to make there traveling time a bit easier. New parents…especially first time parents admit they prefer a travel system for convenience. Travel Systems are great for travel or just for those everyday run around trips. A lightweight stroller with a matching infant car seat are the most preferred.

Here are a few recommendations for these travel systems. They are special priced for the fast approaching holidays to put a little extra in your pocket for entertaining or traveling, which ever you may be doing this season.

Both of these Combi Travel Systems are now being sold at a great value when you consider it is both the stroller and car seat.

Next we have two travel systems from Chicco…also at a great deal. Both are Cortina Travel Systems with a Keyfit car seat in two different options and fabric choices. The first Chicco Cortina Travel System  is in the ever popular Adventure color. This color was difficult to find this year and we have it available to ship today. Or you can pick this Cortina Travel System in the Manhattan color and it comes with a FREE Chicco Ultra Soft Carrier…again a great buy! You will love how easy it to install this Keyfit car seat. The Cortina stroller is user friendly and has features you expect from the Chicco brand. Together they will make traveling easier for you.

Now the really good news is…we have all these travel systems in stock and can ship the same day if you order any of them by 4:00 pm ET. The normal delivery time to the west coast is 2-3 business days and the east coast is 4-5 business days. Plenty of time to arrive by the holidays if ordered no later than December 17th. We recently returned from the ABC Kids Show in Las Vegas. At this show we were lucky to see a lot of new and different items coming for 2009. We will be outlining some of these new products in upcoming blogs. But first we would like to start with what’s new at Joovy.

Already in stock and available for immediate shipping is the new Kooper lightweight stroller. The new Kooper stroller is a mix between a euro style buggy and a modern umbrella stroller. A cool new look for an umbrella stroller.

The new Zoom ATS is also now available. The Zoom ATS is a fixed wheel jogging stroller made for the avid runner. The Zoom 360 is scheduled to arrive late October. It will be similar to the ATS but have a swivel front wheel for the active parent.

One of the most exciting new non-stroller items to come out of Joovy is the Room 2. Arriving sometime before year end, the Room 2 is a large colorful play yard that folds very small for travel. A great addition for your holiday travel needs. Check back for more details coming soon.

The original stand-on Caboose stroller will have fun new colors to choose from like Lemontree, Purpleness, Appletree, or Orangetree.

But the most exciting news to talk about from Joovy is the Ergo Caboose coming in November. It will actually hold a car seat in the rear of the stand-on stroller instead of the front seat. So your toddler can see the world and your baby can be closer to mom or dad. Has a euro look aluminum frame and a canopy that will completely cover the entire stroller from front to back. It is definitely one of the neatest strollers coming for 2009.
