Cancel or Change Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 800.533.5392. In most cases during the week, your order will ship within hours of placing your order so it is imperative you call us as soon as possible once you realize a change is needed. If you need to change or cancel during evening or weekend hours, you may email us at service@strollerdepot.com or call us at 800.533.5392.
There are no cancellation fees billed as long as the order has not yet been placed on a truck. Once the order is placed on a truck the order cannot be canceled and the delivery information cannot be changed. In these cases, if the order needs to be returned or re-routed, the 15% restocking fee will apply to cover the cost of initial shipping, packaging, inspection and restocking.
Our staff will always do everything we can to accomodate your requests and will work very hard to make requested changes when possible.
