Placing an Order
We provide a number of different ways to find the product you are looking for including a search box where you may enter a SKU or description, products by category, products by brand, products by activity, and bestsellers by price, brand and activity. Additionally, we provide a number of research tools including stroller comparison tools, product demonstration videos and buying guids.
Once you have found your product(s), select the appropriate color or style from the drop down menu and click on the "buy now!" button. In cases where the product does not have multiple colors or styles, a drop down menu will not appear. Simply click on the "buy now!" button to add the product to your cart.
When you are ready to checkout, click on the "view your cart" link. Verify your cart is correct and enter any available coupons. Then click on the "CHECKOUT" button on the cart page.
On the checkout page, enter all of the required information including name, bill to address, ship to address, phone numbers, email address and payment information. Also, enter any comments for requirements, delivery times and other important information. We will contact you if we cannot meet your requests.
Once all information is entered, click on the "CHECKOUT" button. The following screen will give you a summary of your information and a final chance to change anything that has been entered incorrectly. Once you are satisfied your order is accurate, click on the "Place Your Order" button.
Once your order has been sucessfully submitted, you will receive an order number and confirmation summary of your order. We recommend printing a copy of the confirmation screen as it will include your order number and an account login password. To check on the status of your order or track your order you will need the email used to place the order and your login password.

Trouble Placing Your Order?
Occasionally, we hear of a customer who has trouble placing his or her order. The following issues can prevent your order from being accepted by our system.
- Mismatch on the billing address. Make sure you enter the bill to address as it appears on your credit card. If the information entered does not match your account, the transaction will be declined.
- Lack of availability of funds on a debit card. If you are using a debit card, please make sure you have enough funds available in your account.
- Overlimit on credit card. Ensure the available credit on your credit card exceeds the amount of your order.
- Failure to enter all of the required information. Verify you have completed all lines in the order form.
- System is not available. On occasion, there could be a glitch in our web server or with the credit card processing system. Although this is very rare, it does occur occasionally. If your web browser does not return a confirmation or a decline page, please try the transaction again. If the problem persists, please wait a few minutes to try again or call us if you are having difficulty during our customer service hours.
