Stroller Depot Free Extended Warranty
Stroller Depot offers a free "Extended Warranty" service on all stroller purchases for parts and labor (not including frames). Our warranty simply extends the manufacturer's warranty by TWICE (2x) the manufacturer's term.
So if a stroller has a six (6) month manufacturer warranty, we will extend the warranty to one (1) year; if a stroller has a one (1) year manufacturer warranty, we will extend the warranty to two (2) years; AND if a stroller has a lifetime warranty, I guess we will even extend the warranty to your kids kids;). The warranty is valid on parts and labor during the extended term, but does not include frames or transportation costs to or from a warranty repair location.
The following schedule shows how you will receive assistance in your warranty claims during the applicable warranty periods.

Within 30 days of receipt. During the first 30 days after you have received your product, Stroller Depot will assist you with any problems you may have with your product. See our "Damaged and Defective Items" policies for more details.

After 30 days but within manufacturer warranty. If you have had your product for more than 30 days but the manufacturer warranty is still valid, you will contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. We will, of course, be happy to assist you in getting in contact with the right department at the manufacturer.

Extended warranty period. If your manufacturer's warranty has expired but you are still within the Stroller Depot warranty period, we will assist you in your warranty claim. Call us and we will make arrangements to replace or repair the part.
Stroller Depot will choose to either replace or repair the defective part and will be responsible for parts and labor. The customer will be responsible to pay shipping costs to and from a repair location determined by Stroller Depot, which will be either the manufacturer, Stroller Depot or an authorized repair center depending on the type of repair. The warranty is valid only on stroller parts or other items included standard with the stroller and does not apply to stroller frames, accessories purchased separately, or other products on your order. Normal manufacturer warranties apply to accessories and non-stroller items. Stroller Depot's extended warranty applies to defective parts and not normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alterations or intentional damage. The extended warranty includes anything that is included in the manufacturer's warranty, not including frames, but does not cover anything not in the original warranty. As an example, because it is normal for wheels to wear out with use, they are generally not included in the manufacturer's warranty. Likewise, they would not be covered in the Extended Warranty.
Stroller Depot's free extended warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase must be validated.
