Born in December 1963 as L’Inglesina Baby, the Company’s first product, the “London” –an English-styled pram–represents, even today, one of the insipirations for “Inglesina” style. Passionate for four wheels and mechanics, Inglesina founder Liviano Tomasi transitioned from go-karts, to tricycles and, finally, to strollers. With the inspiration of his wife, Bruna, and brothers Augusto and Sergio, Liviano Tomasi expanded Inglesina’s line of products to baby seats, car seats and baby slings.
Today, Inglesina is found in more than thirty countries around the world and instills the style, elegance and quality that represents “Made in Italy”. The Company strives to provide their customers with “real value” helping busy mums and dads all over the world to calmly and skillfully raise their children by combining aesthetic values, such as style and elegance, with attention to convenience, functionality, safety and comfort.
Even now, Inglesina continues to sell the “Classic” pram, which is the updated design of the original “London”.
